Who we are

Tossly is developed and published by grafficker (Çağdaş). On Google Play the developer account is named velnomi. Contact: grafficker2@gmail.com.

What Tossly does with your photos

Tossly asks for access to your photo library so it can show you your photos and videos one at a time and let you decide what to keep and what to delete. All processing, including thumbnails, file-size calculation, similar-photo detection and video preview, happens on your device using Apple's Photos, Vision and AVFoundation frameworks. Nothing is uploaded to any server. Tossly has no server.

Photos are only deleted after you confirm the deletion in the system dialog shown by iOS. Deleted items move to the "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for up to 30 days.

Data we collect

None. Tossly does not collect, transmit or store any personal information, identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports or advertising data. Statistics shown in the app (swipes, deleted count, freed space, streak) are stored only in the app's local storage on your device and are never sent anywhere.

Data retention and deletion

Because nothing is sent to us, we hold no data about you and there is nothing for us to keep or delete. What Tossly stores (your settings, statistics, the list of photos you kept, Tossly's trash) stays in the app's own storage on your device until you remove it: use Settings > Start over or Reset statistics in Tossly, or uninstall the app, which deletes all of it. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Face ID, Touch ID and passcode

If you turn on the optional app lock, Tossly asks iOS to verify you with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode before showing your photos. Authentication is handled by iOS. Tossly never sees or stores your biometric data.

Notifications

If you turn on the optional streak reminder, Tossly schedules a local notification on your device. No notification data is sent to us or to any third party.

Purchases

Tossly Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings.

Third parties

Tossly contains no third-party SDKs, trackers or advertising networks.

Children

Tossly does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Tossly for Android

Tossly for Android works the same way as on iPhone: everything runs on your phone, and your photos and videos never leave it. The sections above apply to Android too, with these Android-specific details.

Your photos. Tossly asks for access to your photos and videos so it can show them to you one at a time. Thumbnails, file sizes, similar-photo grouping, blur and text detection and the smart categories are all computed on your phone. The categories use an image-recognition model that is built into the app and runs offline. With Pro, to show how many people are in a photo on its card, Tossly counts the faces with Android's built-in, on-device face detector; it only counts them and recognizes no one. Tossly has no server and uploads nothing.

Location in photos. If a photo carries a location, Tossly reads it on your phone only to tell camera photos from pictures saved from chats. It is never stored elsewhere or sent anywhere.

Deleting. Nothing is deleted until you confirm. What you swipe away first waits in Tossly's own trash on your phone, where you can put anything back. When you tap Delete, Android's own dialog asks you to confirm, and the photos, videos and audio are then deleted for good right away: they do not go to Android's Trash and cannot be restored. In the Downloads deck, documents, archives and app files are deleted for good only after you confirm Tossly's separate "Delete for good?" warning.

Downloads folder. If you pick a folder for the Downloads deck, Tossly can see only that folder, through Android's own folder picker. You can remove the access in Tossly or in Android's settings.

App lock. The optional lock uses Android's fingerprint, face or screen-lock check. Android handles it; Tossly never sees or stores biometric data.

Notifications. The optional evening reminder (8 PM, before a streak breaks) and, with it, "On this day" notes (11 AM, when you have photos from that date in past years) are scheduled on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.

Purchases. On Android, Tossly Pro is sold through Google Play. We never receive your payment details. Google's handling of purchase data is described in Google's Privacy Policy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

Third parties. The Android app includes Google Play Billing and the Google Play In-App Review library, which talk only to Google Play for purchases and the rating dialog. Google Play Billing may send Google its own diagnostic information about the purchase flow; Google handles it under its privacy policy, and none of it reaches us. The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs, and no Firebase.

Android için Tossly

Android'de Tossly, iPhone'daki gibi çalışır: her şey telefonunuzda olur, fotoğraflarınız ve videolarınız telefonunuzdan hiç çıkmaz. Yukarıdaki bölümler Android için de geçerlidir; Android'e özel ayrıntılar şunlardır.

Fotoğraflarınız. Tossly, fotoğraf ve videolarınızı size tek tek gösterebilmek için erişim ister. Küçük resimler, dosya boyutları, benzer fotoğrafların gruplanması, bulanıklık ve yazı tespiti ve akıllı kategoriler telefonunuzda hesaplanır. Kategoriler için uygulamanın içine gömülü, internetsiz çalışan bir görüntü tanıma modeli kullanılır. Pro'da, kartta bir fotoğrafta kaç kişi olduğunu göstermek için Tossly yüzleri Android'in cihaz içi yüz algılayıcısıyla sayar; yalnızca sayar, kimseyi tanımaz. Tossly'nin sunucusu yoktur, hiçbir şey yüklemez.

Fotoğraflardaki konum. Bir fotoğrafta konum varsa Tossly bunu yalnızca telefonunuzda, kamerayla çekilen fotoğrafları sohbetlerden kaydedilenlerden ayırmak için okur. Başka yerde saklanmaz, hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Silme. Siz onaylamadan hiçbir şey silinmez. Kaydırıp attıklarınız önce telefonunuzdaki Tossly çöp kutusunda bekler, istediğinizi oradan geri koyabilirsiniz. Sil'e dokunduğunuzda Android'in kendi onay penceresi çıkar; onaylarsanız fotoğraf, video ve ses dosyaları hemen kalıcı olarak silinir: Android çöp kutusuna gitmez, geri getirilemez. İndirilenler destesindeki belgeler, arşivler ve uygulama dosyaları da yalnızca Tossly'nin ayrı "Kalıcı olarak silinsin mi?" uyarısını onaylarsanız kalıcı olarak silinir.

İndirilenler klasörü. İndirilenler destesi için bir klasör seçerseniz Tossly, Android'in kendi klasör seçicisiyle yalnızca o klasörü görebilir. Bu erişimi Tossly'den ya da Android ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz.

Uygulama kilidi. İsteğe bağlı kilit, Android'in parmak izi, yüz ya da ekran kilidi doğrulamasını kullanır. Doğrulamayı Android yapar; Tossly biyometrik verinizi görmez ve saklamaz.

Bildirimler. İsteğe bağlı akşam hatırlatması (saat 20:00, seri kopmadan önce) ve onunla birlikte "Geçen yıllarda bugün" bildirimleri (saat 11:00, geçmiş yıllarda o tarihten fotoğraflarınız varsa) telefonunuzda planlanır. Bize hiçbir şey gönderilmez.

Satın almalar. Android'de Tossly Pro, Google Play üzerinden satılır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Google'ın satın alma verilerini nasıl işlediği Google Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır. Abonelikleri Google Play > Ödemeler ve abonelikler'den yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

Üçüncü taraflar. Android uygulaması, yalnızca satın almalar ve puanlama penceresi için Google Play ile konuşan Google Play Billing ve Google Play Uygulama İçi Değerlendirme kütüphanelerini içerir. Google Play Billing, satın alma akışıyla ilgili kendi tanı bilgilerini Google'a gönderebilir; Google bunları kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler ve hiçbiri bize ulaşmaz. Analitik, çökme raporlama ya da reklam SDK'sı ve Firebase içermez.
